My sole focus in photography is portraying the way I visualize the elements and light of my surroundings, whether it be the area I happen to pass through in travel, the scene that happens in front of me once, or the landscapes I live my life around everyday. I try to not only rely on the subject but also on the intensity and variation of the lighting. These scenes can be viewed a thousand different ways and I hope that my images can open up another viewpoint that is not any better or worse than the rest; just one that happens to be different. My journey into photography started with shooting action sports. I still enjoy shooting action sports but I found my true love in shooting landscapes and the natural world. Much of my time is spent in unfamiliar locations documenting the foreign enviroment around me. I do shoot portraits and weddings but I try to keep the amount of shoots I do low so that each comes out with a unique look that satisfies the client.
